I have to tell you about the wonderful time we had while staying at your Cabin. When we first arrived on Jan.15th the kids raced to pick out their rooms and they were off to explore outside. I looked out the back window and saw them scurrying down the hill to the small valley where the snow was still on the ground. It was the first time in the last 16hrs (driving from Florida with five kids is not an easy task!) that I had seen them all get along together. That brought a smile to my face indeed. They played in the snow and laughed for hours. The cabin was so comfy and the surrounding woods so peaceful. The cabin couldn't be in a more perfect spot. Words cannot express how happy we were. The remaining days of our stay we enjoyed snow tubing, skiing, and roasting marshmallows! Thank you so much for providing such an amazing place at such an incredible price for my family to enjoy a memorable vacation. THANK YOU! I recommend anyone who stays in this cabin (Abbott) make sure you stay up late enough to see the sunset, and get up early enough to see the sunrise, they are incredible! Scott & Kelly Greenville, SC   I have to take a moment to applaud Rock Creek! You were most gracious and accommodating during our stay at Overlook on 9/21-23. We rode in on a motorcycle in a drenching downpour but got to BC two hours earlier than check in. A quick call to your offices resulted in my being told to go right on up to the cabin and get dry/warm. When we arrived, the place was completely ready to greet two weather weary travelers (600 miles in the making). How gracious and understanding. Overlook is spectacular! My better half commented that the floor plan is almost identical to what she's always imagined as a dream home. The shower had plenty of hot water and the hot tub worked wonders to soak away the aches and stiffness of long rides. The appliances all worked well (the laundry was paramount to mc riders who have little room to pack extra) Despite the in and out showers and morning fogs, the view is awesome. And the quietude of the evenings (only interrupted by acorns bashing the roof) was just what the doctor ordered for completely restful and serene relaxation. We can not say enough good things about RC - and we will be back. Next time to impress our friends and neighbors as we hope to introduce them to the little piece of paradise we experienced during our stay in NC. Perhaps a winter stay even. Again, we really enjoyed our stay and although few places "quite come up to home - especially when one lives in the Mtn's already", RC's Overlook comes to the next nearest thing with flying colors. Bill & Penny from Central PA   Wow! After 4 weeks traveling in the US - LA, Mt. Rushmore, Denver, Yellowstone, Salt Lake City, Grand Canyon etc… It was so nice to arrive here for some relaxation and quiet surroundings. We enjoyed rocking in the rockers while having a cool drink. We went rafting, tubing at Deep Creek - saw a black bear on the "Road To Nowhere" a highlight as we hadn't seen any in Yellowstone National Park. Thanks for a great stay and the memories. I surprised my husband with a cabin in the mountains for our 10th wedding anniversary along with a Great Smoky Mountains Train ride (club car was awesome) What a great place to get away. The cabin was awesome the hot tub was relaxing & the train ride pampering. A great way to spend any weekend! Especially a 10 year anniversary.

We truly had a fantastic time here in the Smokies! We were able to do so many fun things while witnessing some of the most beautiful sights we've ever seen. The Nantahala National Forest is so majestic as well as the river that runs thru it. We hope you have as wonderful of a time as we did. Rock Creek Cabins are the "bling-bling"!

I would just like to say what a wonderful 3 days we had at this beautiful cabin(Angels Way). The views were breath taking and the cabin was absolutely Awesome!!! We never stayed somewhere sight unseen that we weren't disappointed...But I might say quite the contrary here!!!! My wife and I just returned from a week at Rock Creek Cabins (Cathey Cabin) and wanted to thank you all for a wonderful experience. We found the cabin to be very comfortable and furnished to meet all of our needs. I can’t tell you how great it felt sitting on the porch swing or in the hot tub, listening to the silence surrounding us, and just completely relaxing. We enjoyed meeting some of the other guests staying in Rock Creek Cabins and found the whole experience to be wonderful. Thanks again.
